SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are currently leaving our facility within 2-4 business days.

All orders over $75 will receive FREE ground shipping. Exclusions Apply.

Transit times depend on your location and can vary from 1-2 business days to 5-6 business days. Transit times increase during the holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped next business day.

FedEx Express (Next Day and 2Day) does not ship to PO boxes.

We strive to ship orders as quick as possible. Once your order has been processed, it is final.
During check-out, the shipping window provided next to the selected postal service only applies once the postal service has scanned your order at our facility. It does not include the time it takes Hood Bros Fishing Co to process and fulfill your order.

Hood Bros Fishing Co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly @ support@hoodbrosfishingco.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​
Returns:
Thank you for being a valued Hood Bros Fishing Co customer! We truly appreciate your support, as we stand behind our products.
Please email us at info@hoodbrosfishingco.com and please provide your original order number or proof of purchase to process your request.
Where applicable, we will send you a pre-paid return label. Please note that all returns (excluding rods) are subject to a $10 restocking charge which will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
This typically takes 2-3 business days.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an apparel item for a different color or size, please send us an email at info@hoodbrosfishingco.com and we will be happy to send you a return shipping label via email.
For all other exchanges that include fishing lures, rods, gear, and terminal tackle, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges back to Hood Bros Fishing Co providing there are no product defects. Please email us at info@hoodbrosfishingco.com to initiate an exchange. Please provide your original order number or proof of purchase to process your request.
** All gift cards are considered non-returnable items.
** Sale items are not eligible for a refund.
** All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your products.
